How the CLARITY Programme Can Help
Sleep can look very different for children with autism. Sensory needs, regulation, communication, predictability, anxiety and individual sleep patterns can all play a part. CLARITY helps you understand your child, rather than trying to fit them into generic sleep advice.
Sleep Support That Understands Autism
Your child's sleep doesn't exist in isolation. We look beyond bedtime to understand how their individual needs, sensory differences, regulation, communication and daily experiences may be affecting sleep.
There are no rigid routines or expectations about how your child "should" sleep. Together, we identify what is important for your child and your family and build support around that.
Understand what your child's sleep may be communicating
Consider sensory and regulation needs alongside sleep
Adapt strategies to your child's individual needs
Make changes without expecting your child to fit neurotypical sleep norms
