Sleep Clarity Course

Understand your child's sleep before deciding what to change.

If you've tried sleep advice, routines and strategies but you're still not sure what's actually causing the problem, this course will help you stop guessing.

The Sleep Clarity Course takes you through a structured, autism informed approach to understanding your child's sleep.

You'll learn how to look beyond bedtime, identify factors that may be contributing to your child's sleep difficulties and decide what your child may need to learn before expecting sleep to change.

Inside the course you'll learn how to:

• Assess your child's current sleep patterns

• Understand sleep timing and sleep needs

• Look beyond bedtime for factors that may be affecting sleep

• Identify possible reasons behind bedtime difficulties and night waking

• Review your child's bedtime environment and routine

• Understand sleep supports and how they may affect sleep

• Identify prerequisite skills your child may need

• Teach bedtime skills using gradual, supportive behavioural strategies

• Understand approaches such as prompting, reinforcement, shaping and fading

• Work towards greater sleep independence where appropriate

You'll also receive practical worksheets and resources to help you apply what you're learning to your own child.

Work through it at your own pace

There is no pressure to make every change at once.

The aim is to help you understand what is happening, why it may be happening and what to work on next.
