Behavioural Sleep Solutions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the use of services provided by Jodie Fielder Consulting Ltd, trading as Behavioural Sleep Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking any service, purchasing any product, or engaging with Behavioural Sleep Solutions, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided
Behavioural Sleep Solutions provides behavioural and educational sleep support services for families, including:
• Sleep consultations
• Sleep assessments
• Personalised sleep plans
• Follow up support via email, messaging, or calls depending on the package purchased
• Educational resources, downloads, courses, and digital materials
All services are behavioural and educational in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Booking & Payment
• Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received
• Prices are listed in GBP and may change at any time without notice
• Services will not commence until payment has been completed
3.1 Cooling Off Period
If services are purchased online, clients may be entitled to a 14 day cooling off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations unless they request that work begins sooner.
By requesting services, consultations, assessments, or personalised work to begin before the end of the cooling off period, the client acknowledges that cancellation rights may be lost once personalised work has commenced.
Once personalised work, written recommendations, or sleep plans have been delivered, services become non refundable.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Client Cancellations
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice where possible
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, or failure to attend sessions are non refundable
• Repeated cancellations or non attendance may result in termination of services
4.2 Provider Cancellations
• Behavioural Sleep Solutions reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances outside reasonable control
• If services cannot be provided as agreed, an appropriate refund or rearrangement will be offered where applicable
4.3 Refunds for Plans & Personalised Services
• Once a personalised sleep plan, written recommendations, assessment, or customised advice has been delivered, the service is considered used and becomes non refundable
• Refunds are not provided for partially completed services or unused support sessions unless required by law
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the child’s health, sleep, routines, development, behaviour, and relevant medical history
• Follow safe sleep guidance and supervision practices at all times
• Seek appropriate medical advice regarding any health or developmental concerns impacting sleep
• Communicate concerns, changes, or difficulties promptly
• Implement agreed recommendations consistently where possible
• Ensure all caregivers involved understand and follow agreed recommendations where appropriate
• Inform the Consultant of significant changes including illness, medication changes, travel, developmental changes, or major disruptions to routine
• Confirm they are legally able to consent on behalf of the child
Failure to disclose relevant information or maintain safe sleep practices may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Medical & Safety Disclaimer
• Behavioural Sleep Solutions does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Families should consult a GP, paediatrician, or other qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns, sleep disorders, medications, or health related issues
• Services may be paused, declined, or terminated if medical or safeguarding concerns are identified
• The Consultant is not responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to seek appropriate medical advice where required
7. Scope of Support
Support availability depends on the package purchased.
Support does not include:
• Real time overnight support
• Emergency or crisis intervention
• Unlimited messaging or communication beyond agreed package limits
• Medical, psychiatric, or safeguarding advice outside behavioural scope
Additional consultations or support may require separate booking and payment.
Unless otherwise agreed:
• Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time
• Standard response times are approximately 24 to 48 working hours
• Weekend and out of hours responses are not guaranteed
• Communication outside agreed channels may not be monitored
All sessions included within a package must be used within 3 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Communication
• Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and appropriately at all times
• Excessive, repeated, abusive, or inappropriate communication may result in boundaries being implemented or services being terminated
• Messages may only be responded to during working hours and within agreed communication channels
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Behavioural Sleep Solutions, including:
• Sleep plans
• Guides
• Templates
• Resources
• Videos
• Downloads
• Written recommendations
• Visual materials
remain the intellectual property of Behavioural Sleep Solutions.
Materials may not be:
• Copied
• Shared
• Distributed
• Published
• Sold
• Repurposed
• Used for training or professional purposes
without prior written permission.
10. Recording of Sessions
Clients may not record consultations, calls, video sessions, written materials, or screenshots without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Behavioural Sleep Solutions provides behavioural and educational guidance only and does not guarantee specific sleep outcomes
• Outcomes vary depending on multiple factors including implementation consistency, developmental profile, medical factors, environmental variables, and caregiver involvement
• We are not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, or outcomes arising from implementation of recommendations or use of website content
• Parents and caregivers remain responsible for maintaining safe sleep practices and appropriate supervision at all times
• We are not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances outside reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, technology failures, or force majeure events
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under English law
12. Safeguarding
If Behavioural Sleep Solutions believes a child or vulnerable person may be at risk of harm, relevant information may be shared with safeguarding authorities in accordance with UK safeguarding obligations and legal requirements.
13. Data Protection
Behavioural Sleep Solutions processes personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

14. Termination of Services
Behavioural Sleep Solutions reserves the right to terminate services where:
• A child’s needs fall outside behavioural scope of practice
• Unsafe sleep practices continue
• Medical or safeguarding concerns prevent continuation of services
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour occurs
• Excessive non attendance or lack of engagement prevents effective service delivery
If the client chooses to terminate services, refunds will not be provided for completed work or delivered materials.
15. Digital Products & Resources
For digital products, downloads, courses, or educational materials:
• All sales are final unless otherwise required by law
• Access must not be shared or resold
• Copyright and intellectual property protections apply to all materials
16. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact:
Behavioural Sleep Solutions aims to acknowledge and respond to complaints within 14 working days.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By booking a service, purchasing a product, or engaging with Behavioural Sleep Solutions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
